The machining accuracy of Shadick ALN400Qs Jogging Wire is high, usually up to ±0.003mm. it has the following features to ensure the machining accuracy:
- **Linear motor drive**: XYUV 4 axes adopt high-performance linear motors developed and produced in-house, which establishes a direct drive method without the need for ballscrews, and maintains backlash-free, correct axis movement semi-permanently, with high response and high followness, and can exert excellent discharge characteristics during correct position control and machining.
- **Fully closed control**: Adopting 5-axis HEIDENHAIN scale, realizing 5-axis fully closed control with an accuracy of up to 0.01μm, it can accurately monitor and control the motion position of each axis of the machine tool to ensure high accuracy of machining.
- **Temperature compensation function**: Equipped with a temperature compensation system, it detects temperature changes in the machine bed casting and makes corrections to reduce thermal deformation caused by temperature changes and ensure machining accuracy.
- **Advanced machining circuits**: The standard equipment includes “No Bump Control II”, which greatly reduces the amount of bump in machining, and “TMP Control II”, which reduces surface roughness during secondary machining and increases semi-finishing speed, helping to improve machining surface quality and accuracy. The TMP Control II helps to improve surface quality and accuracy of machining.
- **Multiple Cutting Technology**: By cutting once to shape, cutting twice to improve accuracy, and cutting more than three times to improve surface quality, and by adopting more dynamic corner processing strategies when cutting corners, such as automatically changing the processing speed, automatically adjusting the water pressure, and controlling the processing energy, we have been able to reduce the collapse of the corners and improve the precision of cutting corners.
