First, equipment brand and model

Choose a popular brand: Priority is given to brands with high market recognition and good reputation, such as Charmilles, Shadick, Mitsubishi, Western, Fanuc, etc. These brands of equipment in terms of quality, precision, stability and after-sales service is more guaranteed, and it is also easier to find professional maintenance personnel and suitable accessories.

Determine the appropriate model: according to their own processing needs, choose the right model. Need to consider the size of the workpiece, shape, precision requirements and other factors, such as the processing of large workpieces can choose a larger table size model, the high precision requirements of the selection of high-precision series of models.

Second, the color of the equipment and the use of conditions

Appearance check: check the overall appearance of the equipment whether there is serious wear and tear, collision, deformation, paint, etc., which may affect the performance and service life of the equipment.

Internal parts inspection: check the various parts of the machine tool, such as rails, screws, nuts, etc., whether there is wear and tear, rust; electrical components, wiring, whether aging, broken; cooling system, lubrication system is working properly, there is no leakage, and so on. Functional integrity: Confirm whether the auxiliary functions of the equipment are intact, such as whether the automatic threading function is smooth and stable; whether the electrode wire tension control is accurate; whether the water flushing and oil spraying devices are working properly and whether they can effectively cool and remove chips.

V. Equipment source and legality

Source channels: choose regular used equipment dealers or reputable individual sellers to buy, avoid buying equipment from unknown sources, in case the equipment has property rights disputes or other legal issues. Sellers can be required to provide the original purchase of equipment invoices, contracts and other relevant documents.
