Shadick spark machine is a kind of high-performance EDM machine tool produced by Shadick Company in Japan, which is widely used in mold making and other fields:

I. Features

High-precision machining: Shadick spark machine adopts advanced technology and precise mechanical structure, which can realize high-precision machining. For example, the machining accuracy of some of its models can be controlled within ± 0.001mm, which can meet the processing needs of industries with extremely high requirements for mold accuracy, such as electronics, optics and other fields.

High machining efficiency: Equipped with a high-performance discharge power supply and advanced machining circuits, it is possible to improve the utilization of discharge energy and accelerate machining speed. For example, the AL60G model adopts the newly developed “SP power supply” and related new control technology and new circuits, resulting in significant improvements in processing speed and quality.

Features: Suitable for large-size, high-plate-thickness machining, the machine is equipped as standard with an automatic three-sided upper and lower machining chute that supports 500 mm plate thickness impregnation machining, and a ceramic-based “mouth-shaped” workpiece holder, etc., which enables continuous, unmanned operation for high-speed, high-precision machining.

VN400Q :

Stroke of each axis: X-axis 400mm, Y-axis 300mm, Z-axis 230mm;

Features: Entry-level linear motor-driven WEDM machine, standardly equipped with tension servo function, automatic threading device, precision thermal displacement correction function, etc., and the processing assistant system “Heart-NC” with easy programming function, suitable for beginners, and low energy consumption.
