AgieCharmilles CUT C350 is a high-performance slow-feeding wire-cutting machine, which is introduced from the following aspects: machining performance, structural design, intelligent system and so on:
1、Machining performance
- High precision: the machining accuracy can reach ±0.002mm, which can meet the machining needs of all kinds of precision parts.
- Good surface quality: through advanced power supply technology and process parameter control, can make the processing surface roughness to reach a lower level, cut a repair three, roughness Ra can reach 0.8μm, cut a repair four roughness Ra can reach 0.33μm. Cutting speed: the machine has built-in speed process technology, which can meet the needs of various precision parts processing.
- Fast cutting speed: the machine has built-in speed process parameters, with high processing efficiency, the maximum processing speed of up to 350mm²min.
- Electrode wire specifications: electrode wire diameter range of 0.15-0.3mm, commonly used diameter of 0.1mm, automatic threading wire diameter of 0.1-0.3mm.

- Compact layout: relatively small footprint, can effectively save production space, while the lift door design is convenient for workpiece clamping and operation.
- Large workpiece processing capacity: it can process large workpieces with dimensions up to 1030x800x350mm and weight up to 400kg.
- Stroke parameters: X, Y, Z stroke is 350x250x250mm, U, V stroke is 45x45, which can satisfy the machining demand of complex shape parts.
- Taper cutting function: the taper height can be up to ±3045 or ±2380 degree mm, which can realize taper cutting at different angles.
3、Intelligent system
- Intelligent pulse power supply: with rich process experts, it can automatically optimize the power supply parameters according to different machining needs to achieve the surface quality and precision demanded by customers.
- Integrated Collision Protection System (ICP): ICP can detect even the slightest abnormal force and stop X, Y and Z axis movement immediately to avoid damage to machine components and workpieces, reducing maintenance costs and machining risks.
